  • The Benefits of Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been effectively used for the treatment of back pain, headaches, migraine, and sports injuries.

It is also helpful in treating anxiety, insomnia, digestive problem, abdominal menstrual cramps, weight control,

       infirtility and much more.

  • How Does it Work ?

The life energy flowing through the body which is called Qi can be influenced and balanced by stimulating specific

points on the body.  These points are located along channels of energy that connect all of our major organs.

Illness arise when the cyclical flow of Qi in these channels becomes unbalanced.

  • Is it Painful ?

Most people are surprised to learn that acupuncture needles are extremely thin and not painful.

We only use special ultr-thin needles called mosshin-hairneddles, which are thinner than regular acupuncture

needles and even thinner than human hair!

  • Is it covered by my insurance ?

Acupuncture is part of the medical treatment for most of the bodyparts and conditions effected by

       most work related injuries.

Insureance carriers will cover the service when combined with active physical therapy treatments.

  •  Our Acupunturist are licensed in the State of New York
